  • 104 UCAS Tariff points which must include one of the following:
    • A level: a relevant Science subject, such as, Biology, Chemistry or Physics, at grade C.
    • BTEC National: Extended Diploma in Applied Science.
    • A level and BTEC National: Extended Certificate in Applied Science and an A Level in a relevant Science subject, such as, Biology, Chemistry or Physics, at grade C.
    • International Baccalaureate: 26 points overall including Higher Level Science at grade 5.

Standard Qualifications

  • GCE Advanced Level: Passes in two distinct subjects.
  • GCE Advanced Level + Advanced Subsidiary Level: A pass in one GCE Advanced Level subject plus:
    • Passes in two distinct subjects at GCE Advanced Subsidiary Level, or
    • A Vocational A-Level Single Award, or
    • Two Vocational A-Level part Awards.
  • Vocational A-Level Double Award: Accepted as equivalent.
  • BTEC National Certificate or Diploma: Accepted qualification.
  • T Level Award: Completion of a T Level award is recognised.
  • Scottish Certificate of Education: Passes in five subjects, including at least three at Higher grade, or passes in four subjects all at Higher grade or New Higher grade.
  • International Baccalaureate: Full Diploma.
  • Irish Leaving Certificate: Passes in four subjects at Grade C at the Higher level.

GCSE Requirements
