To qualify for admission to the BSc (Hons) Business Studies and Law programme, applicants must meet the UCAS tariff of 112 points. While there are no subject-specific requirements, applicants must satisfy one of the following academic qualifications:

  • Passes in two distinct subjects at GCE Advanced Level; or
  • A pass in one subject at GCE Advanced Level plus either:
    • Passes in two distinct subjects at GCE Advanced Subsidiary Level, or
    • A Vocational A-Level Single Award, or
    • Two Vocational A-Level part Awards.
  • A Vocational A-Level Double Award.
  • A BTEC National Certificate or Diploma.
  • A completed T Level award.
  • A Scottish Certificate of Education with:
    • Passes in five subjects, including at least three at Higher grade, or
    • Passes in four subjects at Higher grade or New Higher grade.
  • The full Diploma of the International Baccalaureate.
  • An Irish Leaving Certificate with passes in four subjects at Grade C at the Higher level.

Applicants may also be required to achieve a GCSE Grade C/4 or above in specific subjects or their equivalent.

Additionally, all candidates must successfully complete an Academic Interview to demonstrate their readiness for the programme.
